Ali Şahin

Ali Şahin (he/his) is a policy advisor specializing in equity, diversity, and inclusivity and serves as one of the project leaders of the Office for Inclusivity at Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam. He approaches his work through the lens of community care and social justice, organizing and leading safe(r) space gatherings for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color that prioritize connectedness, solidarity, and communal healing.
