Gugging’s Garden may resemble some road movie scenes or the audiovisual excerpts from a roadtrip diary. For this exhibition three places in Austria are juxtaposed in order to construct the very likely or, in constrast, imaginary links between them. Patient’s room inside the building, the Discovery of the New World in the surroundings of the monastery, and inaudible sounds in the space fitter for the art residency meet in the Gugging’s garden.
 
Project by Nida Art Colony of Vilnius Academy of Arts in partnership with AIR – ARTIST IN RESIDENCE Niederösterreich programme in Austria.
