Sienos Grupė
Sienos Grupė is a grass-root initiative dedicated to supporting vulnerable people at the borders of Lithuania since 2021. The group conducts search-and-rescue operations, documents cases of missing and deceased individuals, and offers vital assistance to those in distress. Beyond fieldwork, Sienos Grupė actively advocates for the rights of foreigners, promoting humane migration policies and supporting efforts toward the social inclusion and integration of newcomers. Through both direct action and public advocacy, the group stands in solidarity with those forced to flee and seeks to uphold dignity and justice regardless of people’s legal status.
