Giulia Spek
Giulia Spek is a Zurich-based craftsperson and scenographer with experience in art handling, stage design, and construction. With a background in table-making at Nektar Design AG, she has shifted towards independent construction projects, collaborating with Bau-Teilen and contributing to various scenography and renovation projects. As a freelance technician at Aargauer Kunsthaus, she works on exhibition installations, including building structures and handling artworks. Her work combines theoretical and practical approaches to shaping narratives through spatial design. Alongside her craft and design work, she remains active in Zurich’s cultural scene, organising concerts, supporting independent spaces and touring with bands.
