Nidos svečiams ir Thomas Mann festivaliui NMK rezidentė Christiane Hütter su Goethe-Institut Litauen stipendija sukūrė 4 žaidimų rinkinius. Jų korteles kartu su žaidimo instrukcijomis (EN, DE, LT) galite rasti Nidos turizmo informacijos centre Agiloje ir NMK.

All games are designed after research on the concrete sites and about historical and contemporary background, remixing game mechanics from childrens' games, computer games, fun sports and qualitative artistic research practice.

You do not need anything to play them- except the game card with the rules and some people with a playful attitude. Have a look at the MAP in Nida tourist office, where you can also grab the game cards (LT, DE, EN, while stocks last)

Lithuanian Standoff

A sportive strategy fight game for 6-9 people, play it everywhere at the beach.

Inspired by the difficult geo-political situation that Lithuania and especially Curonian Split always held. (Actual political developments in June 2015: The NATO started large-scale exercises in the Baltic Sea. (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia). Russia threatens to increase of intercontinental missile arsenal.)

Family Affairs

A competitive, a little sportive family structure hack game for 4 players on the stairs of the house of Thomas Mann, based on research on his family life.

Reality Research

A challenging set for playful (artistic) research in the direct environment. Play alone or in small teams, grab single cards or a complete set in the tourist office and have a completely different look on Nida's city center. (You can also take them away and use them in different cities).

Inspired by the fact that Nida keeps attracting artists since centuries who live and love and shape the region. Be part of that.

The Stranger in me

A card game for Kastonas bar- there is no competition. Everybody can start playing and take a card. The only goal is to keep the cards moving. Each card has its own instruction and rules- a game for communication and playing around with social comparison.
