The colder the winter gets, the more devilish films we screen! This Thursday, January 23, at 6:00 pm VAA Nida Art Colony invites you to one more film evening. This time on screen – a British comedy "Bedazzled" by Stanley Donen.

"Bedazzled" (dir. by Stanley Donen, UK, 1967, 103 min) is a comic retelling of the Faust legend, set in the Swinging London of the 1960s. A sensitive introvert worker of a restaurant falls in love with a waitress Margaret but as his love seems to have no perspective, he decides to commit suicide. And here comes The Devil who offers the unhappy young man seven wishes in return for his soul… Have a look to the film trailer here.

The film will be screened in English with English subtitles. It continues the thematic program "Winter Satantango" by "Meno Avilys" in Nida Art Colony. Entrance is free of charge, everyone is welcome for a cup of tea and good cinema!
