On the 29th of May Nida Art Colony resident Žilvinas Landzbergas (LT) ran the workshop for the pupils of Neringa gymnasium.
The participants of the workshop analyzed the traditional Greek sculpture variations and tried to make a replica of Satyr face, the creature which in Greek mythology was described as partly man and partly beast. Students were working with the clay and made a negative relief which was filled with liquid plaster. After thickening, the pieces become almost like an ancient Greek mask.

Project is financed by the Lithuanian Council for Culture
