On the 16th of November by congratulating Neringa city with its 57th birthday, the fellow of this year’s Neringa City Municipality’s scholarship Norbert Tukaj presented his project at the exhibition Hidden Architecture.

For this cheerful occasion, the artist wanted to share his interest in the uniqueness of Neringa's resort architecture and bring peoples’ attention to it.

The majority of such architecture designed by architects of Lithuanian origin has been built in the second half of the 20th century. In 21st century it is still uncommon to regard the architecture of this period as valuable, and Neringa is no exception. Norbert sees this architecture as a subject in the natural and cultural contexts, as a subject of art piece, and as a subject consisting of distinctive fragments and details. On the 16th of November at Nida Art Colony Norbert has  presented photography series of pictures taken in the Curonian Spit and a performance submerging the space in a cloud of colour.
