Where does the wood come from? What shapes exist? And how does one define the form of a cutting board? The workshop focuses on cutting board shapes — from geometric forms to organic curves. Techniques include cutting, sanding, shaping edges, and oiling wood by hand. The session also provides insight into different types of wood and their origins in Curonian Spit.
