Two Mondays, 10 and 17 August, at 4 PM, creative watercolour workshops with salt and Baltic Sea water will take place at Nida Art Colony of Vilnius Academy of Arts (E. A. Jonušo St. 3, Neringa).
The workshops are inspired by works of Emilija Škarnulytė presented in our exhibition ‘Dune’ and created during her residency earlier this summer. Using seawater, participants will work on unpredictable traces left by pigments and salt crystals, evoking seabed structures, microorganisms, and the ever-changing coastal landscape.
The workshops will be led by young graphic artists Paulė Popovaitė and Saulė Budriūnaitė.
Duration: 1.5 hours.
