  • Tools for Play Workshop

Nerijus Rimkus lives and works between Amsterdam and Marijampolė. He is interested in exploring form as a way of thinking, collaborating and as a tool for publishing – where the traditional roles of author, editor, printer and designer become intertwined.

Currently a PhD candidate at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, Rimkus studied at Werkplaats Typografie in Arnhem and the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam. He works on both commissioned and self-initiated projects. His most recent works include a timber bowl, a magazine titled The Nose of Orson Welles and Laughter.
