Agnė Juodvalkytė is a visual artist currently based in Berlin and Vilnius. Her practice combines painting,  textiles, object making, and archival materials to address the relationship between images and constructions of identity. She works with different materials, such as clothes, textiles, natural pigments, graphite dust, fabric made by her grandmother, plants and incorporates various mediums. Her recent shows include solo exhibitions at the Galerie Bernau, in Berlin, DRIFTS gallery in Vilnius, Enter ArtSpace in Aarhus, Denmark and AV17 gallery in Vilnius, and group exhibitions at A.Mončio House Museum in Palanga. In 2023, she published her first book, ANSKA which offers an overview of her studio practice while creating a sensory world of recollection. The book marks the conclusion of a series of projects by the same name.
