The Board of Nida Doctoral School (NDS) has finished the evaluation of applications. We have received 40 applications from 17 European universities. Many strong applications had to be turned down due to limited number of places.

The Board selected eight students from NDS partner universities – Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture, University of the Arts Helsinki Academy of Fine Arts and Vilnius Academy of Arts (VAA) – and five students from the universities outside the NDS partnership. The latter five places were aspired by eighteen applicants. Three doctoral students in NAC residency will also join the NDS course.
